Are you a qualified nurse with paediatric and / or oncology experience looking to join our fantastic team of nurses at The Oak Centre for Children & Young People and be part of a centre of excellence with an international reputation in delivering our services in Sutton, Surrey?

Are you looking for a rewarding role which also allows you the flexibility to work when you choose in a local setting and to effectively manage your work life balance?

We are looking for enthusiastic adult or paediatric trained nurses with staff nurse experience and would welcome experience of: IV and chemotherapy skills to join this dynamic and exciting team to work with children, their families and our teenage and young adults.

We want to hear from you if you have a passion to make a difference and work in facilities that are modern and uplifting. The unit has a number of unique areas like the new diamond suite for complimentary therapy, the chill out room, the glade and roof top gardens, age appropriate play areas, the Hub all tailored to improve outcomes for our patients with cancer. You will be working with other multi-professional colleagues and driving holistic care is ingrained in the unit’s ethos. 

Bank Shifts are available for days, weekends and nights.

Working as part of our temporary staff bank offers a flexible way of working, with both ad hoc and longer, full-time bookings available. You could work occasional shifts or days to suit your lifestyle or for a week or for a number of months or, if you are a student, during your holidays and at weekends. You can always depend on a steady supply of work and can choose when you want to work. Opportunities to work on our wards providing excellent patient care, or even opportunities to provide special care or patient escort is also available.
