We are seeking to recruit 2 part time Senior Staff Nurses for bud Flanagan ambulatory care at Band 6. These posts will rotate from Bud Flanagan Ambulatory care to the mobile chemotherapy unit, the posts are for a fixed term contract for this project initially and will be working Mondays and Tuesdays 7.5 hours each day. Ask yourself, would you like to be a part of a dynamic new project to bring chemotherapy closer to patient’s homes? Are you committed to excellence in patient care for haemato-oncology patients? Would you like to join a stimulating environment that is committed to fulfilling the needs of its staff? If this is for you, then come and join us in the haemato-oncology unit here at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust.

Bud Flanagan Ambulatory care is a mixed outpatient and daycare unit caring for patients with Leukaemia, Myeloma and Lymphoma throughout their treatment pathway. We treat patients who require chemotherapy and stem cell transplants. We have developed an exciting project to move some of our patients out onto a chemotherapy bus which will deliver chemotherapy closer to home. The mobile unit is purpose built and offers a pleasant environment for patients and staff ensuring their comfort needs are met in a relaxed setting. We are committed to providing the highest quality care and maintain consistently high standards in a professional and friendly atmosphere.

In return for your commitment, we can provide flexible working patterns to help maintain your work/life balance. We are dedicated to supporting all staff and do so by providing individualised professional development opportunities and excellent staff support facilitation.

If you are committed to providing patient focused care for haemato-oncology patients and would like to join our team, then we would like to hear from you.
