The Occupational Health and Wellbeing Department at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced OH Adviser/Mental Health Lead with demonstrable experience who is able to deliver a service across the sites in Chelsea and Sutton.

The successful candidate must have experience in the promotion of mental health and occupational health services in a NHS setting, possess excellent communication skills and have a commitment to wellbeing initiatives . The post holder will be required to work with both occupational health and staff support teams in providing training, advice in the promotion of mental health wellbeing in the Trust.
