The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is the largest comprehensive cancer centre in Europe. It is ranked as one of the top NHS trusts in the country in the NHS national performance ranking and has been rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Within the Royal Marsden, the Children’s and Young People’s Unit provides comprehensive oncology services to children and young adults with cancer. This includes transplants, chemotherapy and clinical trials.

We have an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist to join the Children and Young Peple’s (CYP) pharmacy team. As a specialist pharmacist you will deliver, develop and evaluate clinical pharmacy services to the inpatient wards and day care unit. This includes a designated Teenage Cancer Trust unit for treatment of teenagers and young adults.

Pharmacy support in this area is highly regarded and you will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary team, working closely with pharmacy colleagues as well as other healthcare professionals to support and promote the safe and effective use of medicines across the unit.
