Community Learning Disability Dietitian – 12 month fixed term contract

Are you enthusiastic, motivated and ready for a challenge? Are you keen to practice or extend your skills and knowledge in the field of Learning Disability in the community? If so, this could be the position for you.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dietitian to work in specialist teams providing clinical services to adults with learning disabilities in the London borough of Sutton. We are looking for a dietitian to work as part of the Dysphagia Team for Adults with Learning Disability (DTALD) and general dietetic service delivering nutrition and dietetic care and advice to adults with learning disabilities requiring oral nutrition and home enteral feeding support in the domiciliary and care home setting.

You will receive professional support and supervision the Team Lead of the Adult Community Dietetic Service.

Community Services in Sutton (delivered by The Royal Marsden Hospital NHS Foundation Trust) supports internal and external training and opportunities for Continuing Professional Development. There will be opportunities for the support and supervision of students and participation in service improvement projects.
