The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is a centre of excellence for research,
development, education and care in the treatment of cancer.
The opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join us on Robert Tiffany Ward to provide support, patient education and advice to private patients with a wide variety of cancers; from diagnosis, throughout their treatment and in follow-up.
The role, which is based on the Sutton site, includes planning and delivering nursing care for patients and developing a greater awareness and understanding of the needs of patients with cancer and the different treatment modalities. There will be a fantastic opportunity to partake in a 6month rotation programme across the ward, PPOPD, and PP MDU in Sutton to further develop knowledge and skills before returning to Robert Tiffany ward to continue on-going professional development.

Our Private Care team runs the most successful NHS private patient unit in the UK and all of the income generated is reinvested in research, facilities and clinical care for the benefit of all our NHS and private patients.  In 2020 we will be opening our new cancer centre for private patients located in Cavendish Square, Marylebone central London.
