We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated junior ward sister or charge nurse to help lead the team on Bud Flanagan ambulatory care, working alongside the senior sister of the unit. This unit combines an outpatient area, daycare and supportive services for haemato-oncology patients at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton, Surrey. The ward sister / charge nurse should have a passion to provide Excellence in Patient Care.

The Bud Flanagan Unit is one of the largest stem cell transplant units in Europe and is JACIE accredited. We also have a thriving myeloma and lymphoma practice, and we also have a significant focus on clinical trials within the unit. All the staff at the Trust are highly motivated to provide exceptional patient care, and we are therefore looking for someone who is compassionate towards patients, can listen to staff but can see the bigger picture, and someone who can provide strong leadership skills to help lead the team forward.
