The Royal Marsden is currently embarking on implementing an ambitious IT Strategy and as a result the IT Change Team are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager who will manage multiple, high value projects from inception through to the end of the project lifecycle across a variety of clinical and non-clinical settings.

With over three year’s background in healthcare or equivalent, and a track record of project delivery, the Senior Project Manager will be a good communicator with proven leadership ability and matrix management experience. Highly qualified, the Senior Project Manager will be qualified to PRINCE2 practitioner level and will seek to develop the team's professional skills through peer review, and personal development whilst ensuring that each member of their team delivers project outputs to a high standard, on time and to budget.

The post is based at Sutton, however travel to and from other NHS sites will be part of the requirement of the role.
