This post is responsible for overseeing the safe and effective delivery of thecommunity neurotherapy teams based at Roundshaw Clinic: Community Neurotherapy team, including the Early Supported Discharge Team.

The post holder will be required to lead and manage the operational performance of the therapy services within a delegated budget and in line with therapy services aims and objectives. They will work with the team leads and senior clinicians in each service to develop integrated working between services, and to develop improved pathways for clients across health providers in community, primary care and acute settings. They will also liaise closely with and influence partner organisations, the Clinical Commissioning Group, and other teams across Sutton with regard to operational issues and outcomes.

The successful candidate will have considerable experience of working as a Clinical Lead in one of the above therapy areas, and be ready to further develop their leadership and service improvement skills. They will have experience of supervising staff, managing organisational change, meeting KPIs and developing new and innovative ways of working. The post holder will line manage the Clinical Lead / senior clinicians for each of the services, and will report to, and be supported by the Senior Therapy Manager.
