Applications are invited for the position of Locum Consultant Medical Oncologist (Acute Oncology & Breast Cancer) to work at the Sutton site of The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and at Croydon University Hospital NHS Trust.

The Trust’s strategic aim is to achieve excellence in cancer treatment and diagnosis, through partnership and collaboration. The Royal Marsden, with its associated Institute of Cancer Research, constitutes a centre of excellence for research and development, education, treatment and care in cancer. It is acknowledged to be one of the largest comprehensive Cancer Centres in the world. An opportunity has arisen to join this successful team to participate in delivery of the AOS and breast cancer service at both the Royal Marsden Hospital Sutton site and Croydon University Hospital. This post is a fixed term, 12 month maternity cover opportunity. The successful applicant will form part of a job share which covers acute oncology sessions, outpatient clinics, MDT meetings, research activity and teaching.

In order to fulfill the responsibilities of this post you must be eligible for full GMC registration. Applicants will have their CCT or be within 6 months of obtaining it.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
