Sutton Community Health Services is a Division of The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. We deliver services to approximately 190,000 residents across the outer London borough of Sutton. Our vision is to promote independence and improve the health outcomes of our patients, to deliver high quality excellent co-ordinated care, across a wide range of health conditions including end of life care, that is patient centered and to provide our services within the heart of the patient’s community.

The day will commence at 10.00am with an introduction from our Senior Nursing Team, followed by a short assessment and interview.
