Inclusion Partner - band 8B

Base: Cross Site

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to join our team as an Inclusion Partner leading on the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda in the organisation. This role will have a particular focus on improving the Dignity at Work approach within the Trust, focusing on improving early intervention and informal resolution.

This is an important role and the successful candidate will be an integral member of the divisional senior management team. You will provide a strategic focus for the Trust’s Equality and Diversity objectives including WRES, WDES and the Gender Pay Gap. The post holder will work proactively with managers across the organisation ensuring that the Inclusion agenda is a high priority with our divisional leads.

Working closely with the Deputy Director of HR and the Assistant Director of Workforce Development the post holder will identify and implement best practice to address concerns raised under Dignity at Work. The role will also utilise the new Trust values to embed expected behaviours.

This is a fantastic opportunity and would suit an experienced HR professional looking to cement their existing experience. We are looking for enthusiasm, drive and dedication to the HR agenda and in return we will offer you bespoke support and development.

You must be able to demonstrate the value you have added in your current role, your strength in building and maintaining strong relationships, your robust analytical approach and your excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
