Plastic Surgery Microvascular Fellow

12 month contract

Based at Chelsea and Sutton

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust has an international reputation for high quality patient care, education and research. Its partnership with the Institute of Cancer Research has created the largest comprehensive cancer centre in Europe. The department of Plastic Surgery has developed into one of the premier centres for cancer reconstructions and supports a wide range of patient groups. Applications are invited for a Microvascular Fellow post for 12 months. This Trust appointed post is open to all suitably qualified doctors. It is envisaged that senior registrars with a specialist interest in cancer reconstruction and Microvascular surgery will apply.

Applicants must have completed basic surgical training and be in possession of MRCS, or equivalent. There will be an opportunity to contribute to research within the department.

The post holder will be required to participate in a non-resident Plastic Surgery on-call rota; the position will be based on both the London and Surrey sites.

The closing date for applications will be Sunday 25th March with interviews held shortly after.
