The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is the largest comprehensive cancer centre in Europe with a national and international reputation for high quality patient care, research, development and education. The Royal Marsden was one of the first wave of Foundations Trusts in the NHS and has a proud history of consistently delivering against all national and local performance targets. It is one of the founding partners of the London Cancer Alliance. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Royal Marsden as a Locum Consultant Histopathologist. Applicants should be within 6 months of CCT at the time of interview and have had experience especially in Gynaecological/Haem/Lymphoma pathology. Established research experience would be an advantage and the successful applicant will be expected to participate in the research activity within the relevant units within the Trust and to develop their own research interests. Applications must also be supported by evidence of admittance to the GMC Specialist Register.
