The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is one of the leading cancer centres in the world and has an international reputation for the care and treatment it provides. The Royal Marsden serves a local, regional, national and international population from two hospital sites, Chelsea and Sutton.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Staff Nurse for Wiltshaw Ward. Wiltshaw Ward is a 17 roomed Private Patient unit specialising in medical and haemato-oncology patients.

The successful candidate will be an oncology nurse with the vision and passion to help optimise high quality patient care. Being a good team leader and team player you will work together with the manager and the other nursing team leaders to help foster good communication and improved processes to enhance the patient pathway. This is a demanding but very rewarding role with a Trust that is committed to the ongoing development of its staff. An ideal next step if you have the right blend of skills and experience to join us.

You must possess a first level degree and a relevant haemato-oncology or cancer qualification. You will also have at least 3 years' experience in a haemato-oncology or cancer setting.
