Private Care at the Royal Marsden Foundation Trust are looking for a new team member to join the Private Care Front of House Team as Team Leader for Outpatients.

The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the Private Outpatient departments and direct line management to the administration staff within those areas. The role is vital to the team’s development within customer service excellence and ensuring patient pathways run smoothly and efficiently. The team leader role is responsible for supervising, guiding and motivating, to help colleagues work together and ensure they’re delivering excellent customer service. The post holder will be responsible for reviewing all administrative procedures, identifying changes in practice or areas of non-compliance. Work with the Front of House Manager on updating policies and procedures to ensure high level of service and patient satisfaction.
