HR Business Partner – Retention

Band 8A - Fixed Term 18 months

Location – Cross Site

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to join our team as HR Business Partner - Retention. As the Trust continues to grow the Board has put a focus on the importance on retaining our highly skilled staff.

This is an important role and the successful candidate will be an integral member of the HR Team, you will lead on implementing the retention strategy and developing Trust wide initiatives. You will also work with the divisional HR Business Partners to target specific departments and staff groups. The post holder will lead on a targeted nursing retention plan that was developed in conjunction with NHSI. You will proactively work with the Divisional Nurse Directors and Deputy Chief Nurse to identify the retention drivers across our nursing workforce.
