Private Care at the Royal Marsden Foundation Trust are looking for a new team member to join the Private Care Administration Team as a Private Patients Scheduling Team Leader. The post holder will be responsible for coordinating all administrative aspects of the Private Care Medical Day Unit services as well as providing a first-class service for all patients and relatives attending the Unit.


The post holder will be working closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including nursing staff, medical staff, allied health professionals and other clerical staff both within the Private Care units and throughout the rest of the Trust.  

The post holder will be expected to adopt a professional and caring attitude, offering patients and relatives a high standard of customer service, alongside colleagues with a polite and courteous manner in all aspects of communication.  A uniform will be worn at all times to ensure a neat and professional appearance.

Our Private Care team runs the most successful NHS private patient unit in the UK and all of the income generated is reinvested in research, facilities and clinical care for the benefit of all our NHS and private patients.  In 2020 we will be opening our new cancer centre for private patients located in Cavendish Square, Marylebone central London.
