The role of Deputy Matron is pivotal in supporting the delivery of our high standards care to all patients, their family and significant others. We are seeking a highly motivated nurse or cancer nurse leader who will work in collaboration with Matron - Patient flow, consultants and dedicated multi-professional team. You will clinically and professionally lead nurses and support staff in Admissions and Pre Assessment, Clinical Site Practitioners, Day Surgery and Discharge, facilitating patient flow throughout the organisation across both the Chelsea and Sutton Site. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical, operational and oncology skills. Significant experience in a senior healthcare management role is essential at a minimum of band 7.
