Band 6 Assistant Finance Manager

The Royal Marsden Hospital is the largest comprehensive cancer in Europe with an international reputation for high quality patient care, research and education.

A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Assistant Finance Manager. Applicants would ideally be looking to develop their management accounting skills within an NHS environment.

Reporting to a Finance Manager; and supervising two Management Accountants, you will be producing high quality financial information, including monthly management accounts, forecasts and variance analysis. You will have excellent communication skills and be highly computer literate with excellent attention to details.

The Trust is based over two main sites in Chelsea and Sutton, Surrey and whilst the post will be based in Chelsea, the post holder will be required to attend meeting at the other Royal Marsden sites as necessary.
