The Endoscopy Suite at The Royal Marsden NHSFT in Chelsea is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic nurse to join our team of expert nurses and clinicians. Endoscopy experience is not essential but is desirable. 

We provide endoscopy services to patients referred to the unit for therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. We have one single procedure room which supports clinical sessions per week.

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate their clinical competence through their employment history and evidence of continuing professional development in the area of endoscopy / nursing. The needs of the patient and their family are at the heart of our service delivery and so compassion and kindness are traits which should be embedded in your practice.

The role is a Band 5 and therefore you would be mentored by the more senior staff. You need to be self-motivated, an excellent communicator and team player eventually with the correct training carry out pre-assessments on all our patients. We encourage the development of our staff and support the further education of our team members in areas which benefit the service and our patients.
