This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing and successful Private Care Division within Europe’s largest cancer centre and to provide the highest standards of administrative support to our outpatient clinics.

The Outpatient Administrator is a new role with responsibility for preparing information for clinics and supporting nurses and Consultants with administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of customer services experience, preferably in a healthcare environment and will be able to work well under pressure, going above and beyond to ensure that our patients and staff are well supported.

The successful candidate will be able to deal confidently with people at all levels in a polite, empathetic and professional manner and have a good understanding of excellent customer service.

Our Private Care team runs the most successful NHS private patient unit in the UK and all of the income generated is reinvested in research, facilities and clinical care for the benefit of all our NHS and private patients.  In 2020 we will be opening our new cancer centre for private patients located in Cavendish Square, Marylebone central London.
