An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly a motivated and ambitious service improvement manager to join the Trust's Transformation Team.

The CQC have said that cancer services at The Royal Marsden are outstanding but we need to continue to innovate to ensure that we further improve outcomes for cancer patients whilst ensuring financial sustainability.

Directly responsible to the Director of Transformation you will be initially responsible for leading the implementation of the new biochemistry analysers working with the Clinical Lead and the Head of Laboratories to ensure that the benefits from this new technology are maximised, improving both patient and staff experience and delivering financial savings. You will be part of the very dynamic Trust Transformation team and aside from this project as time permits provide support to the operational teams to ensure successful delivery of the Trust's Transformation Programme.
